Very many thanks to everyone who has been thinking of the lovely ‘boys and girls’ currently being cared for in the kennels and catteries this Christmas time and who have sent some wonderful donations into us. The donations are such a great help to us.
This difficult year has meant that our normal regular fund raising activities and events have been practically non existent and we have relied heavily on the generosity of people throughout the year who have kindly donated or sponsored the activities which some of you undertook for us.
We do have our Ebay ‘shop’ which we have started to advertise a few things on and we hope you will keep checking that. We have quite a range of of items that we are selling on ebay to raise funds, including jigsaws, books, gifts and toys. Please take a look. We can’t hold our normal monthly sales for you to attend but we can invite you to look on ebay! Once on the ebay site, search for Cheadle Animal Welfare Society and you find all the items to buy.
Our 50:50 club too continues if you would like to take part, it costs just £12 per year for each number you choose. One number is drawn on the 1st Tuesday of each month and the person with that number wins half of the proceeds of the 50:50 Club for that month the other half of the proceeds is used for the Waifs and Strays. Further details are on our Donate page.
Thank you so much too for the food, treats and presents for the animals. They are really appreciated.
