Tigger

Tigger is doing really well, he’s very confident now in his own space and is starting to explore the rest of the house, although he is still a bit nervous in new areas which is to be expected. The door to his ‘safe room’ is always open so he just goes back in there if he’s worried. The introductions with the resident dog and cat are a work in progress, which again, is as expected, the dog now ignores him but Tigger is still very wary of her. He hasn’t met the other cat much yet as she is very lazy, but I’m pretty confident that it will all be fine, these things take time as I know from previous experience (and he has been with us less than a week and has come on in leaps and bounds in that time).

He is the most loving and affectionate cat, we just love him, and my daughter (who is 17) and I especially, absolutely adore him. I can’t believe his previous owner’s family could have been so callous as to just leave him behind, that’s awful. But it makes him even more deserving of a happy life with a family that loves him.
