Bobby

Bobby is a wonderful black Staffordshire Bull Terrier with a most delightful nature, He is so friendly. He was in the kennels for around 9 months but it really was not the right place for him. He was so stresssed about being there. He lost weight and his coat became dull and patchy. It was so sad to see him changing from the bubbly dog that he had been. He was really depressed. He had many walker friends who loved him and took him out as often as possible but he was not happy at all.

Luckily for Bobby a fantastic foster home was offered to him. He behaved impeccably and settled in straight away-as if he had been there for ages. Jess the resident Staffy, equally as gorgeous, made Bobby so welcome and was a very generous little girl offering up her home to him. They got on brilliantly. He also met all the friends dogs and was a star with those too, He has enjoyed long walks, pub outings as well as a great weekend away in the caravan.

Bobby loves this wonderful home and has made sure he tugged at the heart strings. Even though he can snore for England when asleep with Jess he is absolutely adored! His coat is now shiny again and he has put on the weight that he lost. He looks fabulous and is such a handsome boy. Best of all he is clearly so very happy.

Well who could resist such a fantastic loving little boy- he couldn’t possibly go to another home could he when he is loved so much where he is? Jess certainly wouldn’t want him to leave her.

We are all so pleased for Bobby as he is now officially adopted after a very short time being fostered and can now look foward to a fantastic life in this lovely home where he will be spoilt to bits!

Already he has been out with friends, neighbours and their dogs to celebrate his adoption! Well done Bobby, you so deserve it.

Having discovered he has a thyroid problem which caused some weight gain, Bobby is now on medication which has resulted in a ‘new figure’ and lots more energy! He and Jess are still having a brilliant time together.
