Welcome to our Website

Cheadle Animal Welfare is a registered charity (Registered Charity No 1039350) run entirely by a small group of dedicated volunteers. It was set up in 1968 to take responsibility for the stray and abandoned dogs and cats within Cheadle (Staffordshire) and the Staffordshire Moorlands area. Where possible, we also provide help for animals that have become homeless due to death or illness in families. The Society ensures that each animal coming into its care receives any required veterinary treatment and it pledges that no healthy animal is destroyed. Don't forget to check out our 'Events' and 'News' pages to keep up to date with what's happening at the Society.
