Lovely Elsa has found herself in a smashing new home. This is an early update.

‘Just thought you’d like to know how young Elsa is getting on. She continues to amaze us how well she’s settled in with us. She has been a model pet, using her litter tray and only sharpening her claws on the doormat. I don’t think that there is anywhere in the bungalow she hasn’t been now, enjoying the various windowsills and in particular the conservatory.

She’s always ready for a fuss and we’ve discovered her likes and dislikes in that department. She will seek out a warm lap to sit on and is a fine companion to watch telly with. She’s eating well and we are aware that she’s perhaps a little on the chunky side possibly as a result of her extended stay in the cattery. She will soon tone up as she sometimes tears around the bungalow just for the sheer joy of being able to run and is also an enthusiastic hunter of the length of string and toy mouse. .

Elsa really is close to being the perfect choice for us. Mischievous, gentle and affectionate. We’re so glad that we chose each other. Thanks again.’

***Nov 2016 Update***

Elsa is fine and healthy and is quite content with her lot in life. The vet says she has a heart murmur but it doesn’t seem to slow her down at all. She isn’t going out much now that Autumn’s here, spending most of her time in her favourite window sill or, when available, on me. In fact I’m typing this one handed while Elsa is supervising from my lap.
