Do you remember Kizzie the springer/cocker spaniel who came into our care after being abandoned needing an operation to remove a piece of wood out of her mouth. She was a poorly girl at the time but luck was also on her side because she immediately caught the eyes of her new Mum and Dad.
They regularly visited her in Meir Park Veterinary Hospital and then took her home to recover and to meet William the cocker who was to become her best friend. The chickens also knew how to give her a run for her money and win over any situation!
She soon recovered and showed just how lively she could be but also how clever she was at learning new things.
A year on and Bess is an absolute delight, a real water baby too. She loves her daily dip! If anyone deserves such a wonderful home and family its Bess.
We are delighted for her.
